Remover station setup — confirm each setting, in order

Procedure: hydrophilic remover 20% by volume (immersion range 10–30%) · air manifold set for slight bubbling only (2–4) · fresh-water rinse IMMEDIATELY after.

Run a part through the hydrophilic remover line

Scope: process the welded plate through a Method D post-emulsifiable line: a water pre-rinse knocks down the bulk, then a hydrophilic (water-based) remover with gentle agitation takes the rest. Evaluate under UV-A.

How it works: the part hangs from an overhead carrier. Drag it along the rail to move between stations, and drag it down to lower it into a tank — you'll see it go under and come back out.

Dwell timers are accelerated: 10 min runs in ~45 s. In the real shop you wait the full time.
